The hotel's location was perfect for my lazy beach days. The rooms were sparkling clean, and the pool was a nice touch.

Oh, what a treat! The receptionist couldn't take my card payment and conveniently forgot to mention the nearest ATM.

Amaris has a very good value for money. The room and the bathroom was quite large and clean. The pool is also clean. The hotel is not so far situated from the beach, just 5-7 minutes walk. There are many non-stop supermarkets with low price. The breakfast was delecious and varied. The mixer girl at the pool is very nice and friendly.

The staff at the reception should be more prepared and responsive. It is very strange that there is no transfer from the airport Bourgas to Sunny Beach, if you don't reserve it in advance at home. Only local bus (No.10) takes you there which is 10 minutes walk from the airport with luggages.

It had a very high standard at a very low price.

The hotel was on the other side of the main road, which is a bit hard to cross some times. But not a big problem.

The hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided exactly as shown in the pictures. The location of this hotel is ideal, situated close to the bustling market area and within easy walking distance to the lively bars in the center. The staff at the hotel are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered at the hotel is satisfying, with a good variety of options replenished regularly.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The location and the guests.

In the reception we were greeted with an immediate request for payment in euro. I - at that hour 01:00 in the morning and exhausted found that challenging- because the hotel is in Bulgaria and we brought the local currencuy Leva- and because I believed that I already had paid when making the reservation the day before and that my card was already charged. The staff let me- and the exhausted child -reluctantly go to bed to exchange money the next day. When reading carefully through the receipt from Booked.net I realized that I had not paid only made the reservation and went to a local bank to get the Euro. I lost about 400 nok because the bank alpha Bank did not want to exchange norwegian currency into Euro. I had to make a withdrawal in Leva and then change these into the Euro- then go back and pay. Sunny Beach is nothing but a money machine and the service is extremely low comparewd to I. E. Greece where people make a living out of tourism but with dercency and correctness in a friendly manner. The employees in the restaurant and in the bar are working many hours but are still positive and friendly. Some of the receptionists are also tolerable. The allover attitude towards tourists in Sunny beach is money first. The hotel is probably like any other Sunny Beach resort. We will most unlikely go back for holidays!

We were at the 6th floor seaside, that was very nice. Breakfast was good and there was all the time enaught from everything.

Not possible to pay with Visa card and we were there with family and even after few time asking and all the time promisses from the manager it was not possible for them to gave us room next to each other or even on the same floor!

I had the best experience staying at Amaris! The staff were so friendly and helpful during my entire stay. The room was always clean and the towels were changed regularly. The pool area was amazing and well-maintained. The food at the restaurant was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the omelettes and spaghetti Bolognese. The location of the hotel was perfect, not too close to the noisy main strip but still within easy reach. I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend Amaris for an amazing vacation experience.

Close to the center, where are all nightclubs (100m from the Grand club), casinos, shops and bars ! We were 4 and took 2 double rooms, but we could easily sleep in only one room (1 king size + 2 simple). The staff is very friendly and want to help you in any case.

Rooms clean, good AC, comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager. Food tasty, repetitive but saved money. Pool clean.

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices. The location is ideal, close enough to walk easily into the center and enjoy the main party area, yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The staff provides excellent service, with friendly and helpful personnel. The rooms are basic, but clean and well-maintained, exactly like in the pictures, with a good size shower. Breakfast is included and satisfying.

Nothing to improve, everything was fine.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - close to the market, within easy walking distance to the main party area, and just a short walk to enjoy any part of this city. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch and the hotel facilities were excellent. We also appreciated the complimentary parking and transportation. The breakfast was filling and delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Everything is what i need and want.

Spent Easter at a hotel in Sunny Beach. It was a great stay! Loved the spacious and clean rooms. Daily housekeeping and fresh towels every day. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of nearby restaurants. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. Best of all was the delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Also enjoyed the free parking and Wi-Fi.

There were some drawbacks. the pool area was overcrowded and it was difficult to find a place to sit.

The room was clean, good value for a 3 star hotel. The staff was polite and helpful. Daily cleaning and fresh towels. Nice pool and good location near bus station and beach.

The rooms are exactly like in the pictures, with clean toilets and a good-sized shower. Additionally, the breakfast provided is satisfying and enjoyable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and everything was more than satisfactory.
